Joe Sweet is currently teaching three guitar classes at Lane Technical College Preparatory High School in Chicago. This includes two beginning classes, and one blended class of Guitar II and Advanced Guitar students. Each class consists of approximately 46 students of varying skill levels. Mr. Sweet holds a Bachelor's degree of Music from Berklee College of Music in Boston, as well as a Master's degree of Education from Northern Arizona University. He has taught music in the public schools for over 20 years. In addition to guitar classes, he also teaches Advanced Placement Music Theory, Jazz Band and Beginning Orchestra classes.
